Timeless style for a young family

A home with family history grew into it's new personality inspired by art and the sea. Working in collaboration with interior designer Lynn K. Leonidas this whole house remodel involved custom tile layouts, lighting and built-ins on an architectural scale blurring the lines between art and furniture, what is functional and what is beautiful. Working with local craftspeople every detail considered the necessary notion of 'will this be fun for the whole family to enjoy, and will it last!'

Earthy and luminous accents for healing

The upper cervical chiropractic + physical training offices of Dr. Price are grounded in simplicity and repetition, just like her practice. A linen curtain divides each space for privacy between in-take, adjustment and restful relaxation during each visit while dimmable warm LED features customize each clients experience. Materials are intentionally muted to help focus the healing within.

A contemporary upgrade for creativity and bold moves.

Previously a sailor's cabin in historic Sausalito, this home was lifted several feet to create a usable space for the owners. As individuals they work as creatives and healers. As risk takers they needed a space to share for both quiet reflection and activities that vary with the changing tides. An entirely green remodel with no VOC products, a collection of salvaged chic woods,  energy efficient HVAC systems and LED lighting accents, the Locust residence is a proud example of bay area living standards.
